How to have a productive visit with Dr. Gallina

• Plan ahead

• Consider asking a friend or family member to accompany you. If you need a translator, ask another adult to accompany you. Don’t rely on a child to translate or to otherwise assist you.

• Dress appropriately for the office visit. Wear loose clothing that is easy to take-off and put on without causing undue pain.

• Bring a note pad so that you can remember what he says and all of that stays the same.

• Bring a written list of any questions you may have about your problem.

• Arrive early so you can complete any required forms or tests before meeting with Dr. Gallina.
